Prayer Before Worship

O Lord, in these last days we lift our eyes to Your Son, Jesus Christ, from whom our help comes. Turn us from distress and fear of what is coming on our world to stand confidently in the Word of Christ, which will never pass away.  Strengthen my faith today as I hear Your Word, and then live it.  Amen.

IN TODAY’S WORSHIP

The days of this old world are quickly running out. In today’s Gospel reading Jesus tells us a story about remaining alert. We remain alert in prayer and hope while this world seems to be coming apart at the seams. Hang on! Your deliverance isn’t far off. Hope in Christ. He will always keep His promises to you!
