Prayer Before Worship Almighty and everlasting God, You knit together Your faithful people of all times and places into one holy communion, the mystical body of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Grant us so to follow Your blessed saints in all virtuous and godly living that, together with them, we may come to the unspeakable joys You have prepared for those who love You; through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
In Today’s Worship: We are now half-way on our journey through “What On Earth Am I Here For?” and we are growing a lot through the readings, small group discussions, videos, and sermons. Last week discovered how God uses our problems for His purpose of transforming our character to be like Christ’s. Today we begin a new week in which we see that Jesus came not to be served, but to serve and to give His life as the payment for all people’s lives. Forgiven by Christ, who died for us, we are now freed to serve. You are SHAPED for Service!
