Prayer Before Worship  God our Father, by raising Christ Your Son You conquered the power of death and opened for me the way to eternal life.  Let my celebration today raise me up and renew my life by the Spirit that is within me.  Grant this through  Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with you and Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

IN TODAY’S WORSHIP Grace is a free gift from God. The grace of God comes to us from the cross where Jesus took our sin on Himself. This gift of grace calls us to live a life like Jesus.

If grace is getting something we don’t deserve, and that’s called judgement. Unfortunately, “judgmental” is one of the first words many people today use to describe Christians. Since God is known for grace, shouldn’t the Church be known for grace too? Why are non-believers scared to walk in the doors of our churches or hang around “Christian people”? Because they’re afraid of what we’re going to think about them.
