IN TODAY’S WORSHIP

We conclude our summer series of sermon messages today, “Truths that Transform.”

“Garbage in, garbage out!” We’ve all heard this saying.  It means that what goes into our minds comes out in the form of bad behavior.  What kind of thought-life are we promoting as Christians?  Do we fill our minds with things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and praiseworthy or do we just absorb everything our society throws our way?  Are we incubators for the devil’s schemes to grow and flourish, or are we greenhouses where God’s plans and will, for us, bountifully grow and produce great fruit.  God wants us to think about excellent, praiseworthy things.  May that be our aim!
