In Today’s Worship: When we have differences of opinion with other people, we tend to approach the conversation as a battle to be won. We’ve become accustomed to using techniques that “power up on” others so that they “lose” and we “win.” Jesus, however, shows us a different way. His love for each person always moved Him to give up any advantage. He leveled the relational “battlefield” in order to change them through love.
